QUEL BORDEL (QB!) wurde 2013 in San Diego, CA, mit einem Ukrainer-Amerikaner, zwei philippinischen Brüdern, einem klassisch ausgebildeten Geiger und einem Punk-Rock-Schlagzeuger gegründet. Die Band hat zahlreiche Songs veröffentlicht und ein kräftiges Tourregiment von über 150 Shows pro Jahr aufrechterhalten. Die Band tourte durch die USA, Kanada und Europa und hat einen kleinen Durchbruch in der Folk-Punk-Musik-Szene geschafft: Sie prägten ihr eigenes Subgenre „World Punk“. Die Band teilte sich die Bühne mit: Squirrel Nut Zippers, Flatfoot 56, Metallachi, The Rum Jacks, The Real McKenzies, Diego’s Umbrella, Sprung Monkey, Magic Giant, Young Dubliners, Dublin City Ramblers, Bridge City Sinners, Daze ‘N Daze, Dirty Kid Discount und vielen anderen.
